Hercules Blasting Caps Tin for 100 No. 6 Caps

This is a blasting cap tin marked Hercules Blasting Caps. This #6 cap tin that has managed to survive in great condition, retaining it's original shape. This one has absolutely no dents, but the label is scratched in several places and the lid of the tin is missing some of the label across the middle of the advertisement. The top of the tin is marked HERCULES BLASTING CAPS in an arc at the top and bottom of the lid, with a figure of Hercules in the center on a lined field, with 100 on one side and No.6 on the other side of Hercules. The side of the lid is marked HERCULES POWDER COMPANY Wilmington, Del. and tin body label is 90% intact. These are advertised as Number 6 caps. It was manufactured in Wilmington, Del., USA. The tin contains no caps. This blasting cap tin will make a great addition to any advertising or mining collection.
