Item #: AA2487

This is four .44 caliber bullets that were recovered at an 1864 winter encampment used by the Virginia Laurel Brigade. The bullets, two I believe are Richmond Lab .44's, are in dropped condition. The lead has turned white from being in the ground approximately 110 years! These relics were recovered in the 1970's in Virginia. The location and name of the digger will be passed along to the new owner. This is a nice, inexpensive little grouping that could be the start of a young Civil War buffs collection! The relics come in 4 1/2" by 5 1/2" riker case.
