Revolutionary War Buck Shot Mold

Brass gang buckshot mold from the Revolutionary War period. This scissors type mold measures 12" in length and has an iron pour on the top and bottom of the brass mold. Two different calibers can be made from each pour, 13 of 16 caliber and 15 of a smaller caliber. The mold is not maker marked, an indication that it may be from the 1775 to 1780 time period. Similar versions are pictured in Neumann and Kravic's book "Collector's Illustrated Encyclopedia of the American Revolution" pages 190 - 193. If you're an early American Long Rifle or Revolutionary War collector this will fit nicely in your collection.
