Nice mid sized Bowie knife of unknown origin or maker. The overall length of the knife is 11". The blade is 6 3/8" in length, 1 5/16" at the widest point and has an 1/8" spine. The handle is wood and retains almost all of the original varnish. There is a small decorative silver inlay on both side of the handle. The knife utilizes a small brass cross guard. I believe it was made in the early 1900's.
