The headquarters for the Sons of Confederate Veterans is currently located in Columbia, Tennessee. This badge was available to members of the Sons of Confederate Veterans camps from Arkansas and Oklahoma, not sure of the year it was held. The badge is 3 1/2" tall, with the ribbon being 1 1/2" wide. There is no hanger, the pin is incorporated into the ribbon. Suspended below the ribbon is a round medallion with a Confederate battle flag in the center with artillery short swords at opposing corners. The letters SCV is raised between the sword hilts, and Ar on the left and Ok on the right side of the flag. At the bottom of the flag, between the sword blades extending from the flag are the raised words Joint Convention. This badge is in almost mint condition, and will display nicely with your other SCV medals and badges.
