Dual Pocket Leather Ammunition Pouch

This is a dual pocket leather ammunition pouch. I have not positively identified this one, but it looks to be more civilian than military. I'm thinking 1950's - 1960's motorcycle police pouches for a revolver. It measure 3 1/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide and is made of black leather. The leather is pretty dry and stiff, but all the stitching is still tight and strong. There are two belt loops on the back, both are securely attached. I can't find a name or makers mark anywhere.
