Mid 1900's Flap Leather Holster with Swivel

This is a leather flap holster with a swivel much like motorcycle police wore in the mid 1900's. It is made for a K frame revolver with a 5" barrel, most likely a Smith & Wesson. There are no maker or inspector's stamps anywhere on the holster, so I doubt it was used by the military. The leather is in very good condition, still very pliable. The closure finial is silver plated, as well as the swivel button. There is very little wear on the holster, outside or inside. It is right handed and will fit on a belt up to 3 1/2" wide. If you have a police collection this should fit right in.
