This is a black leather dress belt worn by United States Marine Corps officers during World War II. The belt is of the Sam Browne design with the shoulder strap. It was made by the Fink Leather Shops of Kansas City, Missouri. The black leather belt is 32" long and 2 1/8" wide. The buckle and shoulder strap fittings are silver plated brass. There is a WWII USMC officer's collar EGA on the shoulder strap, just above the adjustment buckle. Fink had contracts to produce items for the government during WWII, their Model 1916 holster being one of the rarest ones produced. I'm pretty sure that they didn't make that make belts for the Marine Corps, I'm guessing it's pretty rare as well. This thick black leather dress belt will display great on a uniform.
