This is a set of two excavated brass aviation buttons from the 1930's. The buttons are coat size and have a single engine Lockhead airplane on a lined field, with three five point stars above and below the aircraft. The buttons are to corroded to make out any back mark. The faces are dent free, no mars or blemishes. The plane is in flight, a single engine, single wing aircraft with fixed landing gear. The backs of the buttons are in pretty rough shape, but the buttons still display pretty well. There is no record of where these buttons were recovered.
