H.N. White Bugle Dated 11 November 1916

This is a US military bugle made of brass measuring 8 1/2" long. The horn measures 3 7/8" across the opening. It is stamped H.N. WHITE/SPEC 1152/11-18-16/PHILA.DEPOT just above the horn. The mouth piece is unfortunately missing in action. This one dates to the early part of World War I, before the United States became involved. It has seen some use judging by the small dents found on it! The horn itself has a couple of dents, but nothing major. The brass has a beautiful chocolate patina. This is a nice, untouched piece from WWI that will really add to your collection.
