This is a collectible plate from the series "Gallant Men of the Civil War" produced by the Bradford Exchange. This 8" plate, #10249A by John Paul Strain, is in mint condition. John C. Breckinridge is the seventh issue in The Gallant Men of the Civil War collection. These plates are produced on hard fire porcelain in an edition limited to a maximum of 95 firing days and are crafted to meet the exacting standards of the Bradford Exchange. The plate depicts John C. Breckinridge leading the charge through the Peach Orchard on the first day of the Battle of Shiloh by John Paul Strain. The colors on the hard fired plate are beautiful. This will look great in your war room!
