Reproduction Continental Army Button

This is a reproduction of a one piece coat size Continental Army button from the 1970's. There is no back mark on the button. The button is in good condition. It has the monogram initials USA. It is made of cast pewter and has a seam line on the back near the shank. The shank is securely attached, the hole for the thread has been drilled. The button has a very nice silver patina. It measures 21.82 mm, slightly smaller than an authentic Continental Army button. If your missing a button from your 1776 outfit, here you go! These are also great starter buttons for a new collector.
