Civil War Era Drinking Cup

Soldiers are issued many items during their service, none more important than a canteen and cup. This tin cup measures 3 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" tall. It could have been used during the Civil War and on into the Indian Wars period. Pictures of both periods show soldiers having these hanging from a canteen of haversack, easily accessible. This one is in great condition and has just a small amount of pitting in the bottom. It will make a great addition to your personal items collection.
