Ceramic Mortar and Pestle

Late 1800's ceramic Mortar and Pestle. The mortar measures 1 3/8" tall, 1 5/16" across the bottom and 2 3/8" across the top. The pestle measures 2 5/8" long and 1" across the powdering surface. The only visible marking on the mortar are OO in the bottom and an H with an arrow pointing up towards it from the bottom. The cross of the H is approximately 1/4" from the bottom. Ceramic mortar and pestle's were used mainly for turning materials into a powder form, so I would believe this one is from the medical field. It would make a nice decoration for a doctor or pharmacist's office.
