Model 1872 Kepi

Model 1872 kepi with vendor tag inside. The material is still a bright blue with very little moth damage. The top has a small section about 1" in length that has flaked off around the rim. The sweat band is missing. Inside the top of the kepi is a vendors tag marked M. Grassler Regalia & Costumes 200 West Water St. Milwaukee. There is writing in non period ink on the label. There are two eagle buttons with no back marks sewn on. The leather chin strap and visor are in good condition. The stitching is good.
