Bacon 2nd Model Revolver

2nd Model Bacon 31 caliber 5 shot revolver. The round barrel is five" in length. The cylinder is fluted. There is only one serial numbers tamped on the weapon, number 86 on the loading gate. Stamped on the left side of the barrel are the letters CS. This was obviously not done by Bacon or any of the other manufacturers that produced these. They were all located in Connecticut, New York or Illinois, no Johnny Rebs there! I am not even sure that this is period correct, just mentioning it because it is the only other visible stamp. The grips are pretty worn and have no varnish on them. The mechanics are pretty worn on this one. The cylinder does not index completely at full cock, mentioned for accuracy.
