Nice Smith and Wesson #1 2nd issue 22 caliber revolver, serial #30798. The barrel is 3 3/16" in length and has a good bore. The top of the barrel is stamped Smith and Wesson Springfield Mass. The sights are fixed. This 7 shot revolver has a spur trigger. The metal is not pitted but shows considerable wear to the finish. The rosewood grips are in good condition with no cracks. The non fluted cylinder does not engage the lock mechanism completely.
