This is a lapel button of Presidential Candidate William Jennings Bryan. He was the Democratic Party's candidate for President of the United States 1896, 1900 and 1908. In all three elections Bryan was defeated by the Republican Party's candidates, William McKinley twice and William Taft. The buttons are 1" across and remain in very good condition. I do not know who manufactured the button, as they have no back mark. This is a rare pin for the presidential campaign button collector, as Bryan was one of just a few candidates that ran for the office on multiple occasions and was never elected president.
