This is an Model 1874 Indian Wars enlisted five button fatigue blouse. The light wool material still has a dark blue appearance, showing very little fading. There are no repairs to the coat or damage of any kind. All five front buttons and four cuff buttons are securely sewn on. All the buttons have a WATERBURY CO's INC/CONN back mark. The stitching is very tight and unbroken on the coat. There is no outer pocket, just one inner sewn on the bottom left side. The collar and sleeves are trimmed in yellow for the Cavalry branch of service. If you portray the Indian Wars period, this fatigue blouse will go along way in making your impression look authentic..
