This is a US Model 1910 canteen cup from the Vietnam era. The aluminum cup is in good condition, being dent free. There is a small hole that has been drilled through the back side of the cup near the rim. Apparently this hung in a display at some time in the past. The handle is marked in three line, U.S./HAMILL MFG. CO. INC./1963. This simple cup is one important piece of gear for a soldier in the field. Hot coffee, hot chocolate, hot cup of water to shave with, all the comforts of home! This will fit into any Vietnam era display or collection.
