Rear Admiral Ageton made major contributions to the science of navigation in a naval career that spanned more than a quarter of a century. During his active duty and following his retirement in 1947 the admiral was busy as a creative and topical writer. Perhaps his best known work is the "Naval Officer's Guide". This book is designed to serve as a compendium of useful information for the guidance of the individual commissioned officer of the United States Navy. This hardback book is in good condition, but does not have a dust jacket.
