This is a cleaning rod/tool for the Russian 9 x 18 mm semi automatic pistol. This pistol was adopted for use by the Russian military in 1951. This blued steel tool functions as a cleaning rod for the barrel, as well as a flat tip screwdriver to remove the pistol grips and a claw device on the end to remove the extractor. It can also be used to remove the from the slide release. This tool can be used on any variant of Makarov pistol.
