This is a 1/35th scale Civil War Confederate Color bearer. The small figure is 6" tall including the wooden base. The plastic figure is hand painted and depicts a regimental color bearer with his flag. He wears the butternut brown uniform. Over the uniform he has a cartridge box, bed roll, haversack and canteen. The figure tops it off with a matching slouch hat with black hat band. The standard Confederate battle flag shows one campaign, that of Seven Pines!. He is depicted carrying his regiment's flag into battle crossing a grassy field, it could have been anywhere during the Civil War. The wooden base is set on bearings, allowing the tiny diorama to be rotated by hand. This small diorama is well constructed and adds a little color to all displays.
