This is a toy cannon representing a British 12 pounder "Lafayette" from the Revolutionary war period. The cannon measures 7 3/4" in length, 3" tall and 3 1/4" wide. The cannon and wheels are black and the carriage and wheel spokes are brown. There is no makers mark anywhere on the highly detailed cannon. This would look good with any American Revolutionary War diorama in 54mm. These make great desk display items, Christmas and birthday gifts.
