This is a pair of two piece fivev point star buttons from the early 1900's period. There is no back mark on the buttons. The two piece domed button is in very good condition. The majority of the gilt remains, but has taken on a dull gold patina. This button was not made with a shank, as this type button was retained by a small clip. These display nice piece, and add a little pizzazz to your button collection!
