This is seven strands of Native American trade beads circa 1850 - 1890. All seven strands are similar in color, design and length. Each strand is approximately 26" in total length, making for a 13" necklace. The all are made up of an average of 50 individual glass beads strung on a woven cord. These particular beads are of the Venetian design, with a base color have one or multiple colors added during the winding process. These strings of beads have survived remarkably well, and are strong enough to be worn today. They display great, and if you have a Native American collection these will add some color to it.
