Early 1900's Three Leg Trivet

This is a vintage 3 leg kitchen trivet with no makers mark. This trivet was made of cast iron during the early 1900's and is ornately decorated. The design is circular, with a six point star in the center. The star is within a circle, surrounded by 8 smaller circles, all within one large circle. There are remnants of yellow, green and red paint on the surface. It measures 9" in length and 5 3/4" at it's widest point. These make great kitchen decorations, not to mention they never go out of style and will always be fully functional!
