Vintage Cornwall Foundry Kitchen Trivet

This is a vintage 4 leg kitchen trivet from the Cornwall Foundry that was located in Meridian, Mississippi. The foundry has since changed hands and is now operated by Southern Cast Products. This trivet was made of cast iron during the 1940's and is ornately decorated. The back has the maker mark in raised lettering, "Cornwall Foundry" across the top, Meridian in the center and Miss along the bottom. These make great kitchen decorations, not to mention they never go out of style and will always be fully functional!
