Early 1900's Ladle Strainer

Early 1900's aluminum ladle strainer. The handle is 9 1/2" long and the strainer is 4" across. The entire ladle is painted dark gray. It seems to be the original paint. These were used in restaurants and home kitchens as well. if you grew up in the south during the 1900's you definitely remember these things. Mom or Grandma cooking up deep fried chicken and dipping it out of the pot with one of these!
