US WWII Mess 1 Quart Pitcher

This is a 1 quart pitcher used by the US military during World War II. The tin pitcher measures 7 1/2" tall and is 5 1/2" across the base. The front of the pitcher is stamped in the center of the front U.S./KREAMER Inc/1941. It has been painted flat black and appears to be of the WWII period. This one shows honest wear and use, but is not abused. There are no dents, the seams are tight and still hold liquid. This is some minor surface rust around the base. This would look great in a WWII mess hall display!
